Happy 4th of July! I hope you have a great day. I have heard of so many fun races going on today, I can't believe I'm not signed up for one. Oh well, I'll plan on participating next year. Today I am going to get my run on in the cool air conditioning of the gym on the treadmill. We have a pool party, barbecue and fireworks display to attend, so the rest of the evening is going to be busy!
